1、General Provisions

The English version is the sole legal basis for the relationship between you and us, and in case of any discrepancies in translation, the English version of this User Agreement shall prevail.

2、Binding Declarations

2.1. By agreeing to be bound by this User Agreement, you also agree to be bound by 365Promax's rules and privacy policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference into this User Agreement. In case of any inconsistency, this User Agreement shall prevail. You hereby declare and warrant:

• 2.1.1. You are over (a) 18 years of age or (b) any other legal age or age of majority determined by any law applicable to you (whichever is higher);

• 2.1.2. You have full capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us and are not under any form of limited capacity;

• 2.1.3. All information you provide to us during the term of this agreement is true, complete, correct, and you will immediately notify us of any changes to this information;

• 2.1.4. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on any bonuses you receive from us according to relevant laws;

• 2.1.5. You understand that by using our services, you assume the risk of losing funds deposited into your member account and agree that you bear full responsibility for any such loss;

• 2.1.6. You are permitted to use online casino services in your jurisdiction; 2.1.7. Regarding deposits and withdrawals for your member account, you will only use cryptocurrencies that are valid and legally belong to you;

• 2.1.11. You confirm that you are not an officer, director, employee, consultant, or agent of 365Promax or employed in any company related to 365Promax, nor a relative or spouse of any of the aforementioned;

• 2.1.12. You have not been diagnosed or classified as a compulsive or problem gambler. We are not responsible if you develop such problem gambling while using our services, but will endeavor to inform you of relevant available help. We reserve the right to implement a cooling-off period if we believe it would benefit you.

• 2.1.13. You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited technologies, including but not limited to fraudulent transaction detection, automatic registration and login, gameplay and screenshot technologies. These measures may include, but are not limited to, checking player device attributes, detecting geolocation and IP masking, transaction and blockchain analysis;

• 2.1.14. You accept our right to terminate and/or change any game or activity offered on the website and to refuse and/or limit bets.

• 2.1.15. You agree that we have the right to prohibit/block multiple accounts and freely control the assets in such accounts.

• 2.1.16. You are aware that the software may contain errors or incompleteness and agree to avoid exploiting such errors or incompleteness. Furthermore, you agree to report any errors or incompleteness immediately to 365Promax. If you fail to fulfill the obligations stipulated in this clause, 365Promax is entitled to full compensation for all costs related to the error/incompleteness, including any costs related to the respective error/incompleteness and the user's failure to notify promptly.

• 2.1.17. You are aware that 365Promax has the right to conduct “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. If we determine that you have provided false or misleading information, your user account may be blocked or closed.

2.2. We reserve the right to declare a bet wholly or partially void if we solely determine that any of the following circumstances are evidently present:

• 2.2.1. You or a person related to you may directly or indirectly influence the outcome of an event to obtain an illegal benefit.

• 2.2.2. You and/or a person related to you directly or indirectly circumvent the rules of 365Promax.

• 2.2.3. The event outcome is directly or indirectly affected by criminal activity.

• 2.2.4. The bet would not have been accepted but was accepted during a period when the website was affected by technical problems.

• 2.2.5. The bet was offered, placed, and/or accepted due to an error (e.g., a mistake, bug, technical error, force majeure, or other reason).

• 2.2.6. If a player's deposit fee is too low and is flagged by the blockchain or similar as "insufficient fee to relay," 365Promax reserves the right to confiscate winnings if 365Promax solely decides that the player's transactions and behavior are of a fraudulent nature.

3、Restricted Regions 3.1. Blacklisted Regions: China, the Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Hungary, Australia, Ontario (Canada), Curaçao, France, the United States, and/or any other country or state restricted by law. Please note that playing from the aforementioned blacklisted countries/regions is strictly prohibited. Your personal data is used on 365Promax games to fulfill its duties and provide you with the best assistance and service. You hereby consent to such disclosure.

4、General Betting Rules

• 4.1. Only registered account holders may place bets.

• 4.2. Bets may only be placed via the internet.

• 4.3. You may only place a bet if you have sufficient balance in your 365Promax account.

• 4.4. Once a bet is placed, it is subject to the version of the User Agreement valid and available on the website at the time the bet was accepted.

• 4.5. Payouts for any winning bet will be credited to your account in an amount equal to the stake multiplied by the odds of the bet.

• 4.6. If 365Promax solely decides that a bet payout was credited to a 365Promax account due to an error, 365Promax reserves the right to adjust that payout credited to the 365Promax account.

• 4.7. Bets that have been placed and accepted cannot be modified, withdrawn, or canceled.

• 4.8. You can view a list of all bets placed, their status, and details on the website.

• 4.9. When you place a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood the entire content of this User Agreement related to that bet as stated on the website.

• 4.10. 365Promax manages your account and calculates available funds, pending funds, bet funds, and bonus amounts. Unless proven otherwise, these amounts are considered final and accurate.

• 4.11. You are fully responsible for the bets you place.

• 4.12. Bonuses will be paid into your account after the final result is confirmed.

5、Bonuses and Promotions

• 5.1. If we determine that any promotion, bonus, or reward program (including but not limited to deposit bonuses, refer-a-friend rewards, and loyalty programs) is set up erroneously or is being abused, 365Promax has the right to immediately cancel such promotion, bonus, or reward program. If such bonuses have been paid out, we have the right to refuse any withdrawal request and deduct the corresponding amount from your account. Whether a bonus is considered set up erroneously or abused is at the sole discretion of 365Promax.

• 5.2. If you use a deposit bonus, your withdrawal of the original deposit will not be accepted until you have met the requirements stipulated in the deposit bonus User Agreement.

• 5.3. In the event of a violation of any offer or promotion terms, or if there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers that, due to deposit bonuses, extra payments, free bets, no-risk bets, or any other promotional offer, result in a guaranteed profit for the customer(s) (either individually or as a group) regardless of the outcome, 365Promax reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and, at its sole discretion, settle bets at the correct odds, cancel free bet bonuses and no-risk bets, or cancel any bets placed using deposit bonuses. Furthermore, 365Promax reserves the right to charge the customer an administration fee up to the amount of the deposit bonus, free bet bonus, no-risk bet, or extra payment to cover administrative costs. We also reserve the right to request any customer to provide sufficient documentation to allow us, at our sole discretion, to verify the customer's identity before crediting any bonus, free bet, no-risk bet, or offer to the customer's account.

• 5.4. All 365Promax offers are aimed at recreational players, and 365Promax may, at its sole discretion, restrict a customer's eligibility to participate in all or part of promotional activities.

• 5.5. 365Promax reserves the right to modify, cancel, reclaim, or deny any promotion at its sole discretion.

• 5.6. Bonuses are limited to one per person/account, per household, per residence, per address, per email address, per IP address, and per shared computer environment (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). If evidence of abuse/fraud is found, the operator reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds.

• 5.7. You acknowledge and understand that promotions, rewards, and special offers have separate user agreements that supplement this User Agreement. • 5.9. You agree that certain promotions may be subject to withdrawal restrictions and/or requirements that you must meet before you can withdraw funds deposited by the promotion. If you choose to withdraw before meeting the applicable wagering requirements, we will deduct the full bonus amount and any winnings related to the use of the bonus amount before approving any withdrawal.

6、Live Chat

7、Limitation of Liability

• 8.2. You acknowledge that 365Promax will have the final decision on whether you have violated 365Promax's rules, terms, or conditions, resulting in your suspension or permanent ban from participating in our website.

9、Self-Exclusion

• 9.1. By applying for a period of self-exclusion, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions, which will take effect from the date CS implements the chosen self-exclusion period.

• 9.2. You can self-exclude for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Please submit your self-exclusion request via online customer service.

• 9.3. Once you self-exclude, you will not be able to access your account or withdraw during this period.

• 9.4. If you have pending bets at the time of excluding your account, the placed bets remain valid and will be settled according to the official results.

• 9.5. After the self-exclusion period ends, you can withdraw winnings from eligible bets. 365Promax will not cancel or void any bets placed before the self-exclusion period took effect.

• 9.6. Once you choose self-exclusion, you cannot change or shorten the self-exclusion period, nor can you cancel the self-exclusion until your chosen self-exclusion period ends.

• 9.7. If you wish to extend the self-exclusion period, please contact our customer service team.

• 9.8. After the self-exclusion period ends, you can request account restoration by emailing XXXXX.

By self-excluding, you agree: a) You will not create other accounts during this period. b) You shall not deposit or attempt to deposit funds into a 365Promax account. c) You shall not place bets on this website during this period. d) This is a voluntary action taken by you personally, and 365Promax shall not be liable for any form of loss you may suffer during the self-exclusion period.
